Once you're done, simply return the power bank to any available HYE Charge station. It's that easy!
STEP 3 - CHARGE
A fully charged power bank equipped with built-in iOS, USB-C, and Micro-USB cables will slide out, ready for you to take and use.

How do I rent a power bank from a HYE Charge?Renting a power bank is easy! Simply tap your credit card, use a mobile payment method, or access the HYE Charge app to release a power bank from the kiosk.

What is the cost of renting a portable power bank?Free Unlock and First 20 Minutes: Enjoy the first 20 minutes at no cost. Additional Charges: $2.50 for every additional 30 minutes. Maximum Daily Charge: $10 per day. Initial Deposit: A refundable $20 deposit is required. Unreturned Fee: If not returned within 2 days, a $40 fee applies, and the power bank is yours to keep. Additional Information: Rental periods less than 30 minutes are rounded up to 20 minutes. The rental period ends when the power bank is returned to any HYE Charge station. You can rent the power bank for a maximum of 2 days. After 2 days, your rental period will expire, and the power bank will be considered purchased.

How long can I use the power bank?You can use the power bank for as long as you need. Fees are charged based on usage time. If you don't return the power bank within 2 days (48 hours), there is an unreturned fee of $20. If this happens, you get to keep the power bank and can continue using and charging it at home.

What happens if I lose or damage the power bank?If you lose or damage the power bank, please report the issue to us immediately to avoid any additional fees. We will charge you $20.00 plus tax to cover the replacement cost.
